How do I order?
Simply go to our "Book Now" page where we detail our tours. Select your tour, the time of your tour, and book it!
Are you looking for something special? Are you organizing an event? Just email us at Group & Private Tours and we will do our best to arrange something that suits you.
After your booking is made, we will send you an automatic e-mail confirmation. If you have any questions before booking, feel free to contact us via email

What can I wear?
No sportswear (tracksuit bottoms, vests, sports shorts). Trainers, shorts, t-shirts and jeans are fine.
Where is the meeting spot?
You can find the meeting spot here and if it's not clear you can always contact us.
We will meet outside the Shipwrights Arms, 88 Tooley St, London SE1 2TF, near London Bridge Station. If travelling to London Bridge underground station, you would need to exit via the London Dungeons side and head right — past London Bridge National Rail station. You will see some arches converted into restaurants on your right, and a green pub called the Shipwrights Arms. Our guide will meet you there with their orange umbrella.

Where the tour will end?
The tour will end at 42 Newington Causeway, London SE1 6DR; directly in-between both Borough and Elephant & Castle underground stations.
HOW CAN I CATCH UP IF I ARRIVE LATE FOR THE TOUR?
All guests must arrive on time but if you inform us before the tour starts about being late we can try to assist you by telling you where the guide is. Please call the number on the contact us page. We will try our best, yet we cannot promise that the guide can come back for you. Also, please note that unfortunately we cannot issue refunds.
I CANNOT FIND ON THE WEBSITE HOW TO CHANGE THE DATE OF THE TOUR. CAN YOU CHANGE IT FOR ME OR HELP ME IN ANY WAY?
Yes, of course! Please let us know your reference number and the date that you want your booking to be moved. We can do this as long as you give us 48 hours notice, and we have a tour to add you to.

All customers have to pay a small booking fee charged by our ticket provider.
2) Yes! You can pay through Paypal, but Paypal also charges a fee so we have to add 4.8% onto the price.
WE HAVE TYPED THE CODE, BUT IT WON'T LET US BOOK. HOW ARE WE GOING TO USE THE CODE IF THE BOOKING WIDGET WON'T LET US?
Kindly give us the code and we will check this from our system.
Where do I add my discount voucher?
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SECRET GIN TOUR?
The gin tour will visit 4 venues and include on average around 7 samples of Gin. Each sample is the equivalent of a single serving of Gin. We highly recommended having a substantial meal before the tour as no food is included.
I AM TRAVELLING WITH MY FAMILY, IS THE TOUR OK FOR INFANTS/CHILDREN?
As the emphasis on this tour is on alcoholic beverages, this tour is not suitable for families with children under 18. However our food tour is child and family friendly and a great option for children over 6.
I DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL. CAN I BOOK YOUR TOUR?
As this tours emphasis is on alcoholic beverages, this tour would not be suitable for anyone that does not drink alcohol.
CAN I GET FOOD ON THE TOUR?
We strongly recommend purchasing our Food Upgrade to accompany your drinking during the tour. Failing that, there will be an opportunity to eat at the end of the tour at a sustainable market with many, many international food options available to purchase independently. Our guide will happily recommend a few of these. During the tour you will have the opportunity to purchase salty snacks from the venues.
I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE YOUR TOUR BUT IT IS ALREADY FULLY BOOKED. IS THERE A WAY I CAN DO THE TOUR?
Our tours are often sold out very quickly. If the date you requested is not available, please do not hesitate to email us at [email protected] and we can see if there is anything we can do. We cannot promise but we will try our best to sort something for you.
IS THERE A LOT OF WALKING?
To join our Secret Gin Tour, you should wear comfortable shoes. There will be around 30 mins of walking, however the majority of time will be spent in the actual venues.
I CANNOT FIND A WAY TO PRINT THE CONFIRMATION. IS IT OK IF I HAVE IT ON MY PHONE?
You don't have to print your voucher. Confirmation on your phone will be fine!
HOW MANY PEOPLE MAX ARE ON THIS TOUR?
We take Sun - Thu - 12 pax max and Fri - Sat - 10 pax max. If you are more than 12 people, please do not hesitate to email us and we will try to see if we can accommodate.
If I purchase a voucher as a gift, or am given a voucher how long is it valid for?
All of our vouchers expire one year from the date of purchase.
What if it rains or I change my plans?
Unfortunately, the weather is unpredictable in London. We do not issue refunds as per our terms and conditions. We also inform you that we never cancel a booking even if we have only 2 people! Can I pay the tour in cash?
You must book directly on our website. We do not accept cash payments. Our online payment is safe, secured and SSL protected.
Why do we need to pay for booking fee?
The booking fee that you have to pay is up to our ticket provider and we can't change it. All our clients need to pay for it upon booking. The booking fee charged contributes to the cost of the ticketing system to provide an excellent service to our customers.
Foreign Transaction Fees
A few banks have charged their customer an extra fee while booking with us (this isn't the booking fee but another fee added by the bank). We think this is unfair, if this happens let us know by showing us in your bank statement and we will refund this fee as a gesture of good will.
