The safe option is easy. Pick a restaurant or bar, send the calendar invite, and nobody complains. Individuals join groups that are the same as their day-to-day in the office and by Monday it might as well not have happened.
On a corporate food tour, your team walks through neighbourhoods that don't look anything like each other: Borough Market, where the produce stalls and the lunch crowd have been side by side for centuries. Camden, where the market has grown up around some genuinely good food. Shoreditch and the East End, where waves of immigration built a food scene that still reflects it. The conversation starts on its own, which is what drives the event: the shared experience, the laughs, the plate everyone talked about or argued which bite was the best.
We run events for new starters who just arrived in the city, client groups who have seen every rooftop bar in the Square Mile, teams marking a milestone, and teams that just need a reason to be in the same room together outside of the office. The format works for everyone.
Food tours across London's most distinctive neighbourhoods. Borough Market and London Bridge for British classics, the Indian food scene in East London, Camden Market, SoHo's evening streets, and the East End with its own chapter of the city's food history.
We also build custom team building events for groups with specific goals, bigger headcounts, or anything that needs a different style. Tell us what you're working with and we'll figure out the format.

Your team walks, eats, and talks across some of London's most interesting neighbourhoods without a single icebreaker prompt.

A private tour through London's best food spots is harder to forget than another corporate dinner.

One that your team didn't see coming and actually wants to talk about afterward. Here's what sets it apart:

Where do your London corporate team building food tours take place?
Our routes cover Borough Market and London Bridge, Camden Market, Shoreditch, East London, and SoHo. Get in touch to discuss the best fit for your group.
How many people can join a corporate food tour in London?
Groups from 2 to 200 and above. For groups larger than 12, we assign multiple guides so every person gets the full experience. Tell us your headcount when you enquire.
What is a private tour?
Private tours are for groups larger than our maximum regular tours that want to tour together, groups that require a specific time or folks that are looking to experience the tours on their own. Many times these tours can be curated to a group's specific needs so please ask, as we want to make your experience memorable!
Is there a minimum PAX to take a private tour?
No, we can take 1 person on a tour if desired.
Is there a maximum tour size?
Depends on the city and sometimes tour timing. We excel at developing solutions to accommodate most requests.
How do I hold a tour date and time?
For independent travellers your tour will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. For large groups and corporate tours we require a (non-refundable 20%) deposit to hold a booking spot.
What is the payment policy?
For independent travellers, complete payment is required at the time of booking. For large or corporate groups we offer two options: a 20% non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking, with the balance 2 weeks before the tour, or we offer a 5% discount if you provide full payment upfront.
What forms of payment do you accept?
1. Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer — Amounts are simply transferred from bank to bank through online banking. There are no booking fees. 2. PayPal — Use your credit card securely through our PayPal® link. Note that a PayPal® service fee of 4.8% is included.
What is the guide tips policy?
While tips are not obligatory they are greatly appreciated by our incredible guides. We are happy to include the gratuity at the time of booking in the amount of your choosing so your group doesn't need to worry about it and can just enjoy the tour.
What is the cancellation policy?
For groups under 10 guests: Once a tour is booked and paid, it is non-refundable. We understand that plans may shift and we are happy to reschedule your tour at no additional charge (based on availability). Or we can offer credit to be used towards a future Secret Food Tour. For groups of 10 or more guests: We offer the ability to hold your booking with a non-refundable 20% deposit. The tour must be paid in full 2 weeks prior and at that point is non-refundable. We do offer to reschedule tours, based on availability, or can offer credit towards a future Secret Food Tour. For more info please see our Terms and Conditions.
How far in advance do we need to select a date?
Feel free to request a date and if we can accommodate we will, within a 24 hour booking window. If a tour is booked within 2 weeks of tour date, payment will be due in full at time of booking and will be non-refundable.
How much walking (on average) is involved?
Our 5-star rated walking tours are typically 1 to 1.5 miles (1.6 - 2.41KM) and we can adjust this depending on the needs of your private tour.
Any age restrictions?
No, we welcome foodies of all ages! However, our alcoholic beverage tours require that guests show a photo ID at the beginning of the tour and must be of legal drinking age in the city of the tour.
Can your tours accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
This varies tour-by-tour but we absolutely try to provide dietary alternatives where we can. We take food allergies very seriously and request that you provide us with those persons with allergies at the time of booking. Because we work with independent restaurants and food suppliers, we cannot control the potential for cross-contamination and cannot accept responsibility for potential risk of allergen exposure.
Do you offer pick-up and drop off for your tours?
We do offer pick-up/drop-off depending on your exact location for a fee. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate you in this respect.
Are your tours accessible to those with wheelchairs?
This varies city-by-city so please advise us if anyone from your group has mobility issues.
