Three Heavens for Atlanta Foodies

Don’t forget to add on around 25 per cent for service and local taxes
Publico Kitchen and Tap

This spot is definitely one of a kind. Publico Kitchen and Tap Atlanta offers Latin American plates, craft beer and cocktails in a unique industrial space with a cool hip patio.

It’s always busy and buzzing for lunch, dinner, and, every brunch with eccentric diners and their dogs everywhere. Thursday through Sunday expect it to be busy, so try and make reservations if you can.

I love dining alfresco, so if you visit this gem make sure the weather is nice enough to sit outside. But don’t worry if it isn’t, you do not have to count this place out. They usually have the cool patio, covered up in some way, so it’s a win-win no matter what!

The drinks are amazing and the craft beer choices are endless. Happy Hour is always booming and the margaritas are made just right for your taste!

My favorite dishes have been so far:
Brunch: Steak and Egg Tacos – most tacos are around $5
Lunch: Tuna Poke Bowl – most main courses are around $15
Dinner: Publico Burger (White Oak Pastures grass fed beef – slow braised pork – bacon – pepper jack – cuban mustard – toasted fresh Buckhead Bread brioche roll) $14.50

Also, there is a yummy puppy menu for all you dog lovers too! So don’t forget to bring your pup and enjoy the fun and amazing food too! The restaurant gives to local canine charities.

Tiki Tango Hideaway Oasis

It’s the best Tiki Bar in the south! This hidden oasis is nestled back behind the high rise buildings in Midtown. And we’ve included a photo!
It’s tucked away, where you can disappear to tropical getaway in the city.
I love coming here because you never know what you will end up finding or what you might see.
Expect Tuesday evening to be low-key where you can order a Tiki Tango (rum based $14) and relax in low-lighting and enjoy the tropical music.
I usually order the Flamingo Fries ($6),Sliders ($9), and Spring Rolls($7). These are perfect to snack on while sipping on drinks and enjoying the scenery and people watching.
Thursday – Sunday you can find this place pretty busy in the evening so make sure you have your dancing (preferably white!) shoes on! Definitely a place worth checking out!!

O-Ku Sushi Bar
This Sushi Bar is one of my faves in West Midtown. It’s definitely a hot spot you have to visit.
It has a cool and funky vibe with a beautiful rooftop view of Midtown.
You can visit this place for dinner. A beautiful evening on the roof patio is the best place to sit and dine. I love the edamame and the rolls are to die for. Sushi costs anything from $6 to $24 depending on the ingredients.
But you can’t go wrong with any choice on the menu. The chef’s taste is always my go to (around $40 to $60) . The cocktails (around $12) are made freshly with perfect ingredients. A wonderful place to go on a date or with a group.
You definitely want to check out the gem on the West side of Midtown!
