NICOLAS JACQUART

NICOLAS JACQUART

Hello, and welcome to Secret Food Tours! Our goal is to let people taste authentic local foods and cultures, as well as the history behind them. We were inspired to start the company to share these authentic foods and cultures from around the world, with as many people as possible. My journey into the culinary world began at a young age, inspired by my mum’s cooking (the best in France!). I’m also an avid watcher of the French culinary TV show Très Très Bon. This early fascination with food has only grown stronger with time, and I have always been curious about discovering new restaurants and dishes when traveling. Fun fact: in addition to French cuisine, I’m obsessed with ceviche! As co-founder and CEO of Secret Food Tours, I currently oversee culinary tours in over 45 cities worldwide, bringing authentic local experiences to over 100,000 guests each year. Our company has been covered in major media outlets worldwide, from the New York Times to the Mail Online. I look forward to welcoming you to Secret Food Tours, and to helping you plan your next culinary adventure. Let’s explore and savour together!
