Meeting Spot

<p>Korean BBQ Dinner can be a little intimidating for foreigners in Korea. It’s hard to know what the dishes are, how to eat them and what to expect. The best places don’t even have English menus. So, we have created this event to show you the best of Korean BBQ in Seoul, to make you get the best out of this amazingly delicious cultural experience.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Everyone gathers around a grill in the middle of the table. Our local guide will explain how things are supposed to be eaten(and drunk) while the server brings plates of raw meat and lots of side dishes—called banchan (bon-chon)—then, helped by the guide, everyone can begin cooking and eating their own food and explore Korean culture through this unique foodie event!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Alcoholic drinks are part of this experience and will be served during the meal, however if you would like more, a thoughtfully curated Upgraded Drinks Package is available.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i>*Menu and food stops could change according to weather, season and availability.</i></p>

We'll begin by meeting outside Jongno 3-ga station, in front of Exit 4(there's plenty of other exits, make sure you take the number 4!)

We'll walk through one of the oldest and cutest Hanok Villages in Seoul, Ikseon-Dong.

Our guide will give you a bit of historical background about the area and then we'll see Ikseondong BBQ street and stop at one of our favourite Korean BBQ places and start feasting.

Our guide will show you how locals eat, drink and enjoy the best Korean BBQ, an experience which without a Korean person really loses its magic.

There will be plenty of meat(mostly Pork), served with many side dishes and rice: have you ever heard of words like Gochuhang, Bachan or Ssambap? You’ll never forget them after this Dinner!

Beer and Soju are not to be missed on this occasion: you'll learn about the best Korean standards of beer and soju in a glass and what are the most classic Korean combos for that(and... maybe some games?)!

We'll finish the Dinner right inside of the BBQ place, in a Korean movie-like atmosphere.

What you'll taste

<p style="text-align:justify;">The Hanok Village of Ikseon-Dong is right in the center of Seoul located in Jongno-gu.<br>Ikseon-Dong is a very small neighbourhood with a great vibe, and lots of traditional Korean houses (called Hanoks).</p><p style="text-align:justify;">&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align:justify;">The atmosphere in the middle of these alleys with all these Hanoks is just fantastic! It is also an incredible place for your instagram photos. There are so many great angles from which you can take stunning shots.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align:justify;">The cool thing about the neighborhood is that the alleys are really small, so you feel like you’re walking around a completely different part of Seoul. The fact that Ikseon-Dong is a pedestrian area also adds to the special atmosphere.</p><p><br>&nbsp;</p>
