The original recipe of the Weißgerber family. Contract brewed in Wisconsin since 1984. Roasted caramel malts gives the beer its subtle caramel character and reddish-amber hue. American Tettnanger hops provide a soft sweetness and gentle hop aroma.

A clandestine, need-to-know basis IPA brewed just for the Safe House. The Cascade, Chinook, and Citra hops give a nice bite, but this beer is well balanced with a full body and an agreeable, malty flavor to round out any bitterness.

Many of our local amenities, attractions and landmarks are accessible through the 1.75-mile skywalk system. With great views and exceptional access, we'll be able to explore the best that Milwaukee has to offer, both in terms of cuisine and landmarks, in a short period of time. It also provides some beautiful vantage points to get a glimpse of the city in its best light.</p>

<p>We hope you brought an appetite! Milwaukee has a burgeoning culinary scene that blends innovation and farm-fresh ingredients, offering a place and flavor to satisfy all palates! The diverse food scene honors the past and welcomes the changing times and tastes.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>On our Secret Food Tour: Milwaukee, our experienced guides will show you the city's historic buildings, storefronts, and restaurants that span cultures and cuisines along the Milwaukee River. After a full day of tastings, you will feel like a local talking about who has the best brats, cheese curds, fish fry, and custard.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>And if all of that doesn't convince you to spend an afternoon with us, "The Fonz" gives this tour a double thumbs up! AYYY!</p>

Our tour starts in front of Usinger's Famous Sausage, where you will have an opportunity to explore over 40 different varieties of gift boxes containing gourmet sausage, Wisconsin-made cheese, and delicious extras! A perfect purchase to commemorate your time in the city.

Our first taste is at a Milwaukee staple, where you will discover how a humble shop now provides some of the best gourmet cheese in the city. It also features our delicious Secret Taste of the tour!

Next, you'll visit Milwaukee's original German beer hall, which features beer imported from the Munich Hofbräuhaus. Here you will become an expert on "wursts."

As you continue the tour, you'll discover the secret spot where all guests are referred to by their "Agent" name and where we'll enjoy delicious fried cheese curds.

Last but certainly not least, you will end the tour with a sweet treat synonymous with Wisconsin, the flavor of the day custard!
