What is a

<p>station. There is a white ferry building on the left and on the right there is a big area with a huge Turkish flag and a statue with stairs. There are several exit gates at Kadikoy metro station, if arriving by metro follow the signs for Exit 4. As you are exiting the station you will see our meeting spot to your right.<br>If you come by ferry, after exiting Eminonu or Karakoy ferry station, walk 150 meters to the right along the seaside and you will see the stairs of the statue. If you're coming with the Besiktas ferry the statue and meeting point will be on your left after exiting the ferry. Behind the Turkish flag and statue there is a brown Haldun Taner Theatre Building which has a shelter. <p>On our daytime Secret Food Tours: Istanbul - Kadikoy, you'll enjoy the best classic Turkish foods. Learn about some of the city's most important dishes, each bite you savour will be a taste of history.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>With our tour, you'll experience the finest doner, lahmacun, mehemen and a variety of other delights. At the end of your tour, you'll have eaten some of Istanbul's most delicious dishes and gained a better understanding of our culture and history.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>All the food will be served with quality drinks or if you prefer, non-alcoholic beverages.</p>

We'll begin with lahmacun, a light and crisp bite.

You'll sample a variety of sheep's cheese with fresh tomato, cucumber, and olives.

We'll stop for a wine break in a lovely and historic setting.

You'll have handmade manti and pide while learning how they are made.

As with all our tours, there's our delicious Secret Dish.

What you'll taste

<p style="text-align:justify;">Kadikoy is located on the Asian side of Istanbul with an amazing view of Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet, and Topkapi palace. It is a central, vibrant neighbourhood, far from tourist crowds but easily-accessible. Still a secret to most visitors, it's the hottest dining area for locals and pleasure-seeking foodies.</p>
