As we stroll along the iconic Hanoi Train Street, we might catch a thrilling, up-close glimpse of a passing train - a perfect photo opportunity! .
When available, we’ll stop at a Street Vendor to taste green sticky rice with banana - a traditional treat with a sweet, delicate flavor.
A refreshing sugarcane juice with kumquat will energize us for what’s next.
