Yes, the North End tour can be modified for vegetarians. Please let your guide know at the start of the tour any dietary restrictions you may have. The North End tour is not recommended for anyone with gluten or dairy allergies. The Chocolate Tour is not recommended for anyone with nut allergies.
Our food tour is child and family friendly and a great option for children over 6.
We give enough food to all our customers. Trust us: you will not need to go to the restaurant after the food tour!
Our tours are often sold out very quickly. If the date you requested is not available, please do not hesitate to email us and we can see if there is anything we can do. We cannot promise but we will try our best to sort something for you.
Yes, but parking in Back Bay is limited so please give yourself enough time to look for a space. We recommend parking at a meter or one of the many lots in the area.
This tour is approximately a mile in total. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for comfort and the season!
We take 12 people maximum. If you are more than 12 people, please do not hesitate to email us and we will try to see if we can accommodate.

The weather can be unpredictable in Boston. In Boston we don't let a little rain, sleet or snow stop us. Our tours run rain, snow or shine as the majority of the tour will be in the venues! Please note, if your plans change, we do not issue refunds as per our terms and conditions. We can reschedule you to a different day if space allows. The booking fee that you have to pay is up to our ticket provider and we can't change it. All our clients need to pay for it upon booking. The booking fee charged contributes to the cost of the ticketing system to provide an excellent service to our customers.
A few banks have charged their customer an extra fee while booking with us (this isn't the booking fee but another fee added by the bank). We think this is unfair, if this happens let us know by showing us in your bank statement and we will refund this fee as a gesture of good will.
