You'll get a behind-the-scenes look at the process and come to understand why these dedicated brewers from California are all about exploring, creating, and expanding ideas about what craft beer can be.

It's Beer 101 as we explore ales at our first stop. For those who have purchased our food package, you'll also receive a delicious signature beer and cheese dip.
Try your luck at some skeeball and other games in between sips.
We'll explore a more gentrified area on the way to the next stop.
Variety is the spice of life, so we'll taste the vast array of beer varieties here.
Relax and enjoy the great atmosphere of our final stop — a warehouse turned brewery.

Art is a way of life in this area of downtown, and the local brewers have simultaneously turned their craft into both an art and a science. The beers are authentic, original, and passionately made. You'll be able to feel this passion for quality and innovation as you walk the vibrant, graffiti-covered neighborhoods on our tour.

How do I order?

That is very easy! Go to our "Book Now" page, where we detail our tours. Select your tour and the time of your tour and book it! Are you looking for something special or are you organizing an event? Just email us at Group & Private Tours and we will do our best to arrange something that suits you. After your booking is made, we will send you an automatic email confirmation. IS THERE PARKING?

Yes, but please give yourself enough time to look for a space. There's a parking structure at 803 Traction Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90013 for $10.

HOW CAN I CATCH UP IF I ARRIVE LATE FOR THE TOUR?

All guests must arrive on time but if you inform us before the tour starts about being late we can try to assist you by telling you where the guide is. Please call the number on the contact us page. We will try to get you to where the tour has proceeded. Also, please note that unfortunately we cannot issue refunds.

I CANNOT FIND ON THE WEBSITE HOW TO CHANGE THE DATE OF THE TOUR. CAN YOU CHANGE IT FOR ME OR HELP ME IN ANY WAY?

Yes, of course! Please let us know your reference number and the date that you want your booking to be moved. We can do this as long as you give us 48 hours notice, and we have a tour to add you to.

1) IF WE BOOK ONLINE, DO WE NEED TO PAY FOR A BOOKING FEE?
2) IS THERE ANY WAY WE CAN PAY YOU DIRECTLY?

All customers have to pay a small booking fee charged by our ticket provider. 2) Yes! You can pay through Paypal, but Paypal also charges a fee so we have to add 4.8% on to the price.

WE HAVE TYPED THE CODE, BUT IT WON'T LET US BOOK. HOW ARE WE GOING TO USE THE CODE IF THE BOOKING WIDGET WON'T LET US?

Kindly give us the code and we will check this from our system.

I would like to take your tour but it is already fully booked. Is there a way I can do the tour?

Our tours are often sold out very quickly. If the date you requested is not available, please do not hesitate to email us and we can see if there is anything we can do. We cannot promise but we will try our best to sort something out for you.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CRAFT BEER TOUR?

The craft beer tour will visit 3 venues and include 12 different beer samples. Each sample is the equivalent to 5 ounces of beer. The total amount that this would accumulate to throughout the tour would be approximately 4 pints. We highly recommend having a substantial meal before the tour as only two small bites are included. There are plenty of dining locations near the end of the tour and our guide will happily recommend a few options.

I AM TRAVELLING WITH MY FAMILY, IS THE TOUR OK FOR INFANTS/CHILDREN?

As the emphasis on this tour is on alcoholic beverages, this tour is not suitable for families with children under 21. However our food tours is child and family friendly and a great option for children over 6.

I DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL. CAN I BOOK YOUR TOUR?

As this tours emphasis is on alcoholic beverages, this tour would not be suitable for anyone that does not drink alcohol.

IS THERE A LOT OF WALKING?

To join our Craft Beer Tour, you should wear comfortable shoes. There will be around 1.5 miles of walking, however the majority of time will be spent in the actual venues.

I cannot find a way to print the confirmation. Is it OK if I have it on my phone?

You do not have to print your voucher. A confirmation on your phone will be fine!

What if it rains or I change my plans?

Unfortunately, the weather is unpredictable in Los Angeles. Bring an umbrella and we will try to be more indoors than out. We do not issue refunds as per our terms and conditions. We also inform you that we never cancel a booking even if we have only 2 people! Can I pay the tour in cash?

You must book directly on our website. We do not accept cash payments. Our online payment is safe, secured and SSL protected.

Where do I add my discount voucher?

Why do we need to pay for booking fee?

The booking fee that you have to pay is up to our ticket provider and we can't change it. All our clients need to pay for it upon booking. The booking fee charged contributes to the cost of the ticketing system to provide an excellent service to our customers.

Foreign Transaction Fees

A few banks have charged their customer an extra fee while booking with us (this isn't the booking fee but another fee added by the bank). We think this is unfair, if this happens let us know by showing us in your bank statement and we will refund this fee as a gesture of good will.
