Hernan was so amazing! He was like a walking history book, incredibly friendly and kind. The food was delicious, and I learned so much about the history and culture of Cancun. I super recommend this tour for anyone looking to get off the beaten path in Quintana Roo!

This tour was great.  My guide Alejandro was very knowledgeable and explained the history and origin of each dish as well as many of the areas we walked past.  Highly recommend this tour as well the alcohol upgrade!  To anyone visiting Cancun, venture outside of your all-inclusive hotel and take in a sample of local foods with Mayan and Yucatan inspirations.  You will not be sorry.  Five star!

This tour was great. My guide Alejandro (Alex) was very knowledgeable and explained the history and origin of each dish as well as many of the areas we walked past. Hernan was funny, friendly and super knowledgeable. We even got to meet his daughter which was sweet! There were far more stops than I was expecting which was exciting, and everything that I had tried was really delicious. There simply wasn't anything I disliked, and it was perfect portions for the amount of food that we were to try that day. I would love to do this tour again with him the next time I find myself in Cancun! ☺️
