Local wheat beer or Spanish wine

You can select a local wheat beer from the Brewery Het 'IJ. This beer is light and has notes of herbs and citrus. OR You can select a Spanish red or white wine from the Casa Maria vineyard.

Texels Skuumkoppe beer or a glass of wine

A small batch Dutch beer from the island Texel. A dark wheat beer, it has an alcohol percentage of 6%. Brewed with barley, wheat, and hops with water from the dunes on the island. Skuum means foam, which refers to the foam on the beer, and is a reference to the waves of the sea. OR Select one of three wine options; a glass of Sauvignon Blanc from Urmeneta, a glass of Chardonnay Laroche from Vin de Pays d'Oc, a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon from Urmeneta.
