Among the market’s colorful stalls and aromas, you’ll also sip horchata de piña, a refreshing rice-and-pineapple drink that perfectly captures the region’s tropical soul.

Next, we’ll savor the comforting sopa de lima, a fragrant Yucatecan chicken-and-lime soup that embodies the balance of brightness and warmth found in local cuisine.
