THE STORY OF "CRAFT BEER"
Craft brewery it's a smaller version of a normal brewery that a massive beer company would use. This means there is a greater emphasis on quality, flavour and specific brewing technique rather than mass quantity.
The craft beer scene in Vancouver has grown steadily since 2002, thanks to the appearance many Independent enterprises. These local brands have been producing innovative and high quality beers that have been better received than the beers of massive more well known brands. Since the start, we have grown to have over 120 local breweries throughout British Columbia alone! You can see why Vancouver loves its beer so much!
