How do I order?
That is very easy! Go to our "Book Now" page, where we detail our tours. Select your tour and the time of your tour and book it! Are you looking for something special or are you organising an event? Just email us at private tour and we will do our best to arrange something that suits you. After your booking is made, we will send you an automatic e-mail confirmation. IS THERE PARKING?
Yes, but please give yourself enough time to look for a space. There's public street parking in the area. It is skytrain and bus friendly with a 5 minute walk from the Main St/Science World Skytrain station.
Where is the meeting spot?
We will meet out front of Railtown Cafe 1691 Main Street, located at the corner of Main Street and E 1st Ave. Our guide will be standing with an orange umbrella outside the entrance of Railtown Cafe.
From Downtown Vancouver (Waterfront Skytrain station)
Board the skytrain (expo line to king George or millennium line to production way/university) and get off at Main Street Science World Station
Walk south up Main Street across Terminal Ave and stay on the right side of Main Street as you walk up.
You'll walk 5 minutes and pass by McDonald's. If you hit the Shell gas station at the corner of East 2nd Ave, you've gone too far.
WHERE THE TOUR WILL END?
The tour will end within a 10 minute walk from the starting point and to the Main Street Science world skytrain and the main street bus terminal.
HOW CAN I CATCH UP IF I ARRIVE LATE FOR THE TOUR?
All guests must arrive on time but if you inform us before the tour starts about being late we can try to assist you by telling you where the guide is. Please call the number on the contact us page. We will try to get you to where the tour has proceeded. Also, please note that unfortunately we cannot issue refunds.
I CANNOT FIND ON THE WEBSITE HOW TO CHANGE THE DATE OF THE TOUR. CAN YOU CHANGE IT FOR ME OR HELP ME IN ANY WAY?
Yes, of course! Please let us know your reference number and the date that you want your booking to be moved. We can do this as long as you give us 48 hours notice, and we have a tour to add you to. Contact [email protected]
1) IF WE BOOK ONLINE, DO WE NEED TO PAY FOR A BOOKING FEE?
2) IS THERE ANY WAY WE CAN PAY YOU DIRECTLY?
All customers have to pay a small booking fee charged by our ticket provider. 2) Yes! You can pay through Paypal, but Paypal also charges a fee so we have to add 4.8% onto the price.
WE HAVE TYPED THE CODE, BUT IT WON'T LET US BOOK. HOW ARE WE GOING TO USE THE CODE IF THE BOOKING WIDGET WON'T LET US?

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CRAFT BEER TOUR?
The craft beer tour will visit 4 venues and include 10 different beer samples. The size of each taster can vary in size, as we are visiting a number of different breweries. The total amount that this would accumulate to throughout the tour would be approximately 4 pints. We highly recommend having a substantial meal before the tour as only one snack is included. There are plenty of dining locations near the end of the tour and our guide will happily recommend a few options.
I AM TRAVELLING WITH MY FAMILY, IS THE TOUR OK FOR INFANTS/CHILDREN?
As the emphasis on this tour is on alcoholic beverages, this tour is not suitable for families with children under 19. However our food tour is child and family friendly and a great option for children over 6.
I DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL. CAN I BOOK YOUR TOUR?
As this tours emphasis is on alcoholic beverages, this tour would not be suitable for anyone that does not drink alcohol.
CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?

I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE YOUR TOUR BUT IT IS ALREADY FULLY BOOKED. IS THERE A WAY I CAN DO THE TOUR?
Our tours are often sold out very quickly. If the date you requested is not available, please do not hesitate to email us at [email protected] and we can see if there is anything we can do. We cannot promise but we will try our best to sort something for you.
IS THERE A LOT OF WALKING?
To join our Craft beer tour, you should wear comfortable shoes. There will be around 1 mile of walking, however the majority of time will be spent in the actual venues.
I CANNOT FIND A WAY TO PRINT THE CONFIRMATION. IS IT OK IF I HAVE IT ON MY PHONE?
You don't have to print your voucher. Confirmation on your phone will be fine!
HOW MANY PEOPLE MAX ARE ON THIS TOUR?
We take 10 people maximum. If you are more than 10 people, please do not hesitate to email us and we will try to see if we can accommodate.
WHAT IF IT RAINS OR I CHANGE MY PLANS?
Unfortunately, the weather can be unpredictable. We do not issue refunds as per our terms and conditions. We also inform you that we never cancel a booking even if we have only 2 people! However we do reserve the right to cancel the tour if we feel the weather is extreme, and we cannot run the tour due to this for more info see our Terms and Conditions
Can we purchase food on the tour?
There is an upgrade option on this tour for a delicious food pairing selected to compliment the beer you'll be enjoying. See the booking tab for more info. Dietary restrictions can be worked around if a heads up is given.
CAN I PAY THE TOUR IN CASH?
You must book directly on our website. We do not accept cash payments. Our online payment is safe, secured and SSL protected.
WHERE DO I ADD MY DISCOUNT VOUCHER?
WHY DO WE NEED TO PAY FOR BOOKING FEE?
The booking fee that you have to pay is up to our ticket provider and we can't change it. All our clients need to pay for it upon booking. The booking fee charged contributes to the cost of the ticketing system to provide an excellent service to our customers.
FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
A few banks have charged their customer an extra fee while booking with us (this isn't the booking fee but another fee added by the bank). We think this is unfair, if this happens let us know by showing us in your bank statement and we will refund this fee as a gesture of good will.
