Arak with Khat leaves
The undoubted king of Israeli spirits. It's a sambuca-like aniseed drink with normally around 40-50% alcohol, best served on the rocks.
Tubi 60
is made of lemon as well as other local citrus fruits. It is infused with herbs, spices, tree and flower extracts, including ginger, mint, anise, saffron, turmeric and cumin.
