Created in the region of Venice, a traditional Spritz is a blend of white sparkling wine, or soda and local liquors. This combination has become the most popular Aperitivo in Italy. Learn the secrets of how to prepare the original recipe, and what food pairings go with this drink. Be careful, Spritz are addictive!
  • Italian Lager Beer

  • Rosolio
A digestive elixir with the scent of the Mediterrean herbs and spices. Born in the convents of southern Italy, rosolio was originally produced with rose petals. Today, innumerable types of rosolio are produced, using aromatic herbs or fruits like sage, lemon, laurel, basil, mallow, and fennel. Like various other essences of this kind, it's the perfect digestive at the end of a meal.

WHY THE HISTORICAL CENTRE?

The historical centre of Rome it's been since 2000 years ago the centre of the most incredible civilization of the past. Emperors, Popes and then Kings strived to leave a sign on the Eternal city, to have their names been written on stone and remembered forever . Men and women coming from all the part of the world made this part of Rome the richest in terms of histories and traditions, and of course local foods, if you know where to go. Plus, given its very central location, we can show you more than one area, including the famous Pantheon, Campo dei Fiori, and the Jewish Ghetto.
