ITALIAN LAGER BEER

Nothing goes better with Pizza than beer. An Italian lager is light and fresh, perfect for the hot Roman climate! Italian lagers are something all beer lovers must try, on our tour we have selected the two most popular varieties for you to try; Menabrea and Ichnusa.

A digestive elixir with the scent of the Mediterrean herbs and spices. Born in the convents of southern Italy, rosolio was originally produced with rose petals. Today, innumerable types of rosolio are produced, using aromatic herbs or fruits like sage, lemon, laurel, basil, mallow, and fennel. Like various other essences of this kind, it's the perfect digestive at the end of a meal.
