Wild Mushrooms on Toast (Video Recipe)

This super quick,super easy dish can be eaten pretty much any time of day. its also a great use of any old White wine you may have.

250g Mixed Wild Mushrooms

1 tbsp Garlic Oil

10g Salted Butter

100ml White Wine

1 tsp Creme Fraiche

20g Chopped Chives

Slice of Bread

Salt and Pepper

Brush any soil off mushrooms and chop into even size pieces. Pre heat a frying pan with the oil and place bread in toaster, if you're quick you should be able to make this dish in the time it takes for the bread to toast.

Melt butter in pan and add mushrooms, season with Salt and Pepper, cook for 1 minute then add wine and cook for a further minute, add creme fraiche, allow to simmer then take off heat and add chives, butter toast and top with the mushrooms.
