Secret Urban Wine Tours

Whether you're a wine novice or a wine enthusiast, our Secret Urban Wine Tour: Paris will fit any background.

  • Your experience will include three stops with a Urban Wine Tour in each, interesting knowledge, and most importantly: enjoyable conversation. This will be a unique opportunity to ask questions and have an exclusive insight into the French people.
  • Enjoy up to 10 different tasters, including 5 different wines (one being our Secret Wine) and delicious pairings (cheese, ham and some sweets)
  • The tour includes pairings, but does not consist of a full meal. If you want to enhance your Urban Wine Tour experience, consider adding the food upgrade.
  • This an opportunity for you to understand our culture through our wines.
  • Small, intimate groups (up to 8 people)

You'll finish the tour with an appreciation of our land, our wine, the personality of our venues, and the local people that will be drinking around us. We're excited to take you to a district that will show you the real Paris, where generations of artists and creatives have called home, creating a cultural vibrancy unique to this neighbourhood.

Our focus is to show you different ways of appreciating wine, introduce you to new and interesting pairings along the way. Our philosophy is that everyone's perception is the right one. We won't tell you what you "should feel" about a wine, rather, help you to experience everything we and our people have to offer, so you can make your own conclusions.

When you choose our Food Upgrade Package you'll receive:

  • A specially selected plate of cured meat.
  • 2 extra hard cheeses.
  • 2 fresh chocolate truffles.

Please note: the itinerary is subject to change, based on the locations availability and weather.

Why Montmartre?

Montmartre Paris

The hill of Montmartre has always been known for its windmills and vineyards and in the 18th century, when Montmartre was just outside of the city of Paris, wine bars and restaurants began to flourish as they offered tax free beverages to thirsty citizens. With the flow of Parisians came the artists, with Picasso, Renoir, Dufy and many more all calling Montmartre home at one time or another, all helping to foster a culture and atmosphere not found anywhere else in the city.

While the buildings have replaced the vineyards, and the windmills have almost all but disappeared, the party atmosphere and spirit of community that has surrounded the artists, residents and visitors of the area for generations, still remains anchored to the sides of the hill.
