What is included in the food tour?
All of our food tastings are included. There are no additional charges, unless you want to add something extra, such as a birthday cake or souvenir.
Where is the meeting spot?
IFC Center - 323 6th Ave, New York, NY 10014
Take the 6th Avenue/Carmine Street exit at the West 4th Street A/B/C/D/E/F/M subway station.
The IFC Center is located directly behind the subway exit.
Your guide will be waiting for you underneath the IFC Center marquee, holding an orange umbrella.

Is your food tour suitable for a vegetarian or someone with other dietary requirements?
Please inform your guide of any food allergies or special dietary requirements. We want every guest to truly enjoy the tour! If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email us at [email protected] before booking. We have had many vegetarian guests join our tours, and they have all thoroughly enjoyed their time with us. Please take note that this tour is NOT adapted to the Vegan diet.
I am travelling with my family, is the tour ok for infants/children?
Children are more than welcome to join our tour, and it's free for any child 2 years or under! We have had many families attend our tours from all over the world, and it has been an enjoyable experience for everyone!
I don't drink alcohol. Can I book your tour?
No problem! Just inform our guide before the tour starts.
Is there enough food during your tour?
You will leave our tour with a full stomach, a full mind, and a full heart. We advise that you DO NOT eat a large meal before this tour. Come hungry and wear stretchy pants!
Can I get a discount?
If you are a group of 10 people, then you can email us. We will be more than happy to give you a discount.
Where do I add my discount voucher?
I would like to take your tour but it is already fully booked. Is there a way I can do the tour?
Our tours often sell out very quickly. If the date you've requested is not available, please email us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Is there a lot of walking?
We strongly advise comfortable walking shoes to all of our tour guests. Our tour runs a little over 3 hours. Although we have several seated food stops, we cover a good deal of ground around the Village as well. Our pace is moderate, but if you need a slower pace let us know.
I cannot find a way to print the confirmation. Is it OK if I have it on my phone?
You do not have to print your voucher. A confirmation on your phone will be fine!
How many people max are on this tour?
Our tours are designed for 10-12 people maximum. If you have a group of more than 12 people, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your group.
CAN I CHOOSE MY FOOD DURING THE TOUR?
Your guide will take care of everything. However, if you have a food allergy or special request, please let your guide know. Substitutions can be made based on special dietary needs.
What if it rains or I change my plans?

Can I pay the tour in cash?
You must book directly on our website. We do not accept cash payments. Our online payment is safe, secured and SSL protected.
Why do we need to pay for booking fee?
The booking fee that you have to pay is up to our ticket provider and we can't change it. All our clients need to pay for it upon booking. The booking fee charged contributes to the cost of the ticketing system to provide an excellent service to our customers.
Foreign Transaction Fees
A few banks have charged their customer an extra fee while booking with us (this isn't the booking fee but another fee added by the bank). We think this is unfair, if this happens let us know by showing us in your bank statement and we will refund this fee as a gesture of good will.
