Although Milwaukee is often overshadowed by its Midwestern neighbor Chicago, the city's wonderful history, natural beauty, and rich culinary scene is not to be missed. We're thrilled to be able to share truly authentic foods and beverages that can be difficult to find for those visiting the Cream City.
Ross is a local Milwaukean who's spent years developing a knowledge of food and this city in the non-profit sector. As the Director of Food Resources of the state's largest hunger relief agency, Ross and his team developed an intimate knowledge of the food supply chain by rescuing food from each stage of the process, from production to distribution. Ross is passionate about this city built on water, and is excited to share his knowledge and appreciation of the local food and history throughout your tour.
