We will meet outside the Polo Bar, 176 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 4NQ.
You would need to travel to Liverpool street station and then exit out of the main entrance. Once out the main entrance, you will be on Bishopsgate. Across the road you should see the Polo bar/cafe. Your guide will meet you there.

Fridays and Saturdays:
We will meet outside the Shoreditch Grind, 213 Old Street, London EC1V, 9NR. Your guide will be carrying an Orange umbrella so will be easy to spot.
Directions from Old street station: Walk towards Subway 4, Follow signs to St Lukes, Clerkenwell, and take exit to Moorfields Eye Hospital. The Grind coffee shop is there when you come out the exit.

Where the tour will end?
The tour will end a short walk from Liverpool street station or Shoreditch High Street station.
How can I catch up if I arrive late for the tour?
All guests must arrive on time but if you inform us before the tour starts about being late we can try to assist you by telling you where the guide is. Please call the number on the contact us page. We will try our best, yet we cannot promise that the guide can come back for you. Also, please note that unfortunately we cannot issue refunds.
Is there any possibility to have a tour with a German (Italian, or else) speaking guide?
We only hold tours in English but do email us at [email protected] and we can see if there is a way to accommodate.
I cannot find on the website how to change the date of the tour. Can you change it for me or help me in any way?
Yes, of course! Please let us know your reference number and the date that you want your booking to be moved. We can do this as long as you give us 48 hours notice, the tour is running that day and we have space on the tour.
1) If we book online, do we need to pay for a booking fee?
2) Is there any way we can pay you directly?
All customers have to pay a small booking fee charged by our ticket provider. 2) Yes! You can pay through Paypal, but Paypal also charges a fee so we have to add 4% onto the price.
We have typed the code, but it won't let us book. How are we going to use the code if the booking widget won't let us?
Kindly give us the code and we will check this from our system.
How do I book?
That is very easy! Go to our "Book Now" page, where we detail our tours. Select your tour and the time you prefer and book it! Are you looking for something special? Are you organising an event? WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CRAFT BEER TOUR?
The craft beer will visit 3/4 venues and include on average around 7 samples of beer. Each sample is the equivalent of a small glass of beer. The total amount that this would accumulate to throughout the tour would be approximately 3 pints. We highly recommended having a substantial meal before the tour as no food is included. There will be an opportunity to eat at the end of the tour and our guide will happily recommend a few options. During the tour you will have the opportunity to purchase salty snacks from the venues.
I am travelling with my family, is the tour ok for infants/children?
As the emphasis on this tour is on alcoholic beverages, this tour is not suitable for families with children under 18. However all our food tours are child and family friendly and re a great option for the kids.
I don't drink alcohol. Can I book your tour?
As this tours emphasis is on alcoholic beverages, this tour would not be suitable for anyone that does not drink alcohol.
Can I get a discount?
If you are a group of 6 people, a student or work for a tour company then you can email us. We will be more than happy to give you a discount. [email protected]
I would like to take your tour but it is already fully booked. Is there a way I can do the tour?
Our tours are often sold out very quickly. If the date you requested is not available, please do not hesitate to email us at [email protected] and we can see if there is anything we can do. We cannot promise but we will try our best to sort something for you.
Is there a lot of walking?
TTo join our Craft beer tour, you should wear comfortable shoes. There will be around 30 mins of walking, however the majority of time will be spent in the actual venues.
I cannot find a way to print the confirmation. Is it OK if I have it on my phone?
You do not have to print your voucher. A confirmation on your phone will be fine!
If I purchase a voucher as a gift, or am given a voucher how long is it valid for?
All of our vouchers expire one year from the date of purchase.
How many people max are on this tour?
We take Mon - Wed - 16 pax max and Thu - Sat - 14 pax max. If you are more than 16 people, please do not hesitate to email us and we will try to see if we can accommodate.
What if it rains or I change my plans?
Unfortunately, the weather is unpredictable in London. We do not issue refunds as per our terms and conditions. We also inform you that we never cancel a booking even if we have only 2 people! Can I pay the tour in cash?
You must book directly on our website. We do not accept cash payments. Our online payment is safe, secured and SSL protected.
Where do I add my discount voucher?
Why do we need to pay for booking fee?
The booking fee that you have to pay is up to our ticket provider and we can't change it. All our clients need to pay for it upon booking. The booking fee charged contributes to the cost of the ticketing system to provide an excellent service to our customers.
Foreign Transaction Fees
A few banks have charged their customer an extra fee while booking with us (this isn't the booking fee but another fee added by the bank). We think this is unfair, if this happens let us know by showing us in your bank statement and we will refund this fee as a gesture of good will.
