That is very easy! Go to our "Book Now" page, where we detail our tours. Select your tour and the time of your tour and book it! You are looking for something special? You are organising an event? Just email us at Group & Private Tours and we will do our best to arrange something that suits you. After your booking is made, we will send you an automatic e-mail confirmation. HOW CAN I CATCH UP IF I ARRIVE LATE FOR THE TOUR?
All guests must arrive on time but if you inform us before the tour starts about being late we can try to assist you by telling you where the guide is. Please call the number on the contact us page., and we'll try to direct you to us. Please note that unfortunately we cannot issue refunds.
I CANNOT FIND ON THE WEBSITE HOW TO CHANGE THE DATE OF THE TOUR. CAN YOU CHANGE IT FOR ME OR HELP ME IN ANY WAY?
Yes, of course! Please let us know your reference number and the new date. We can do this as long as you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice and there is space available on the tour.
IS THERE A BOOKING FEE?
All customers have to pay a small booking fee charged by our ticket provider.
CAN I PAY YOU DIRECTLY?
Yes! You can pay through Paypal, however Paypal also charges a fee so we have to add 4.8% onto the price.
WE HAVE TYPED THE CODE, BUT IT WON'T LET US BOOK. HOW ARE WE GOING TO USE THE CODE IF THE BOOKING WIDGET WON'T LET US?

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SECRET Urban Wine TourS?
The Secret Urban Wine Tour tour will visit 3 venues and include 7 different wines. Each sample is the equivalent to a small glass of wine.
I AM TRAVELLING WITH MY FAMILY, IS THE TOUR OK FOR INFANTS/CHILDREN?
Please be aware the legal drinking age in Spain is 18, therefore we are unable to take children or people under this age.
However our food tour is child and family friendly, and a great option for children over 6.
I DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL. CAN I BOOK YOUR TOUR?
As this tours emphasis is on alcoholic beverages, this tour would not be suitable for anyone that does not drink alcohol, and we'd recommend our food tour instead.
I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE YOUR TOUR BUT IT IS ALREADY FULLY BOOKED. IS THERE A WAY I CAN DO THE TOUR?
Our tours often sell out. If the date you requested is unavailable, email us and we will see if there is anything we can do.
IS THERE A LOT OF WALKING?
To join our Secret Urban Wine Tours tour, there is a moderate amount of easy walking, and you should wear comfortable shoes.
I CANNOT FIND A WAY TO PRINT THE CONFIRMATION. IS IT OK IF I HAVE IT ON MY PHONE?
You don't have to print your voucher. Confirmation on your phone will be fine!
HOW MANY PEOPLE MAX ARE ON THIS TOUR?
We take 8 people maximum. If you are more than 8 people, please do not hesitate to email us and we will try to see if we can accommodate.
WHAT IF IT RAINS OR I CHANGE MY PLANS?
Unfortunately, the weather is unpredictable in Barcelona. We do not issue refunds as per our terms and conditions. We also inform you that we never cancel a booking even if we have only 2 people! However we do reserve the right to cancel the tour if we feel the weather is extreme, and we cannot run the tour due to this for more info see our Terms and Conditions
CAN I PAY THE TOUR IN CASH?
You must book directly on our website. We do not accept cash payments. Our online payment is safe, secured and SSL protected.
WHERE DO I ADD MY DISCOUNT VOUCHER?
WHY DO WE NEED TO PAY FOR BOOKING FEE?
The booking fee that you have to pay is up to our ticket provider and we can't change it. All our clients need to pay for it upon booking. The booking fee charged contributes to the cost of the ticketing system to provide an excellent service to our customers.
FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
A few banks have charged their customer an extra fee while booking with us (this isn't the booking fee but another fee added by the bank). We think this is unfair, if this happens let us know by showing us in your bank statement and we will refund this fee as a gesture of good will.
